We once again worked closely with director Roar Uthaug to bring to life the sequel to his very popular mythological fantasy film Troll for Netflix.
For this movie we developed the son of Dovre from the first movie – building upon the same design ideas – but translating those concepts into a younger version, that needed to portray both innocence and likeability as one of the main protagonists of the story.
We also collaborated with one of the other vendors to develop the final version of the film’s antagonist troll – Yme, and brought both creatures to life in two of the main sequences of the movie.
